The free open beta for Invincible VS has gone live on Xbox Series X|S, giving players a chance to jump into the 3v3 fighter based on the popular animated series before its full release. According to Pure Xbox, you can find it on the Xbox Store right now under the name "Invincible VS Open Beta."
The beta isn't light on content either. Players get access to 10 playable fighters and six arenas to brawl across, which is a solid slice of the roster for a beta build.

What's in the beta?
The 3v3 format puts Invincible VS squarely in the same lane as games like Marvel vs. Capcom, where team composition and tag mechanics matter as much as individual execution. Getting hands-on time now is a real opportunity to figure out which characters click before launch day pressure kicks in.

The beta window is tight, though. Pure Xbox reports it closes on April 11th at 9pm PT, so you've got a limited runway to get your reps in. If you're even mildly curious about the game, there's no reason not to download it while it's free and available.

Why it matters
The fighting game genre has been having a serious moment lately, and a licensed title built around Invincible's hyper-violent, over-the-top universe has obvious appeal for fans of the show and genre veterans alike. Whether the gameplay holds up to the IP's reputation is exactly what betas like this are designed to answer.
If you're on Xbox Series X|S, pull it up on the store now and see what it's working with. The clock is already ticking.
