If you thought Space Warlord Baby Trading Simulator - yes, the game where you trade stocks based on babies - was the weirdest thing Strange Scaffold would ever cook up, buckle up, because these devs have clearly unlocked a new difficulty setting for "unhinged."
As reported by Rock Paper Shotgun, Strange Scaffold has formally announced their next title: Truck-kun is Supporting Me From Another World?! The game follows a woman whose consciousness gets yeeted into another world, where she is assisted by a magical delivery lorry. Peak isekai energy, honestly.

So what's the deal with the screaming meat man?
The headline feature - and we cannot stress enough that this is a real selling point being used in official marketing - is a giant, screaming man whose meat you can legally drive through. That's it. That's the feature. Five stars, game of the year, no further questions.

For the uninitiated, Strange Scaffold is the studio that dropped Space Warlord Baby Trading Simulator back in January, a game that is exactly what it says on the tin and somehow works as a genuinely compelling stock trading experience. These folks have clearly established a brand identity, and that brand is "things you'd describe to someone at a party and watch their face cycle through five emotions."

Isekai but make it logistical
The truck-helps-girl-in-another-world premise is a direct riff on the isekai genre - a massively popular category of anime and manga where characters get transported to fantasy worlds, often via getting hit by a truck (hence "Truck-kun," a fan nickname for the genre's notorious vehicular plot device). Strange Scaffold is clearly leaning hard into the bit, and frankly, we respect the hustle.
No release date has been announced yet, but given Strange Scaffold's track record of releasing games that sound like fever dreams and somehow turning them into cult hits, this one is absolutely going on the wishlist. The screaming meat man alone has earned that much.
